We advised the applicants for the 130ha Titanium Park Business Park expansion plan change at Hamilton Airport. The plan change enables the coordinated extension of the Northern Precinct of the Airport Business Zone, facilitating expansion of the highly successful Titanium Park Business Park and the delivery of much needed business land in a strategic location. The plan change was approved by the council and a single appeal was resolved by way of Environment Court consent order.  ChanceryGreen was jointly awarded the 2024 Project of the Year by the Resource Management Law Association for its work on the plan change.
