We have advised a number of coastal infrastructure clients on the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011. We represented Channel Infrastructure and Port Nikau at the ten-week High Court hearing on applications for customary marine title and protected customary rights in the Whangārei Harbour; and also represented Channel Infrastructure at the eight-week High Court hearing relating to the wider Whangārei coastline.
